Shipping

Unless otherwise stated in the listing , we strive to ship as within 2-3 weeks or sooner. On the very rare occasion we are unable to meet the time frame, we will contact the buyer prior to shipping.

We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx. Since it is out of our control, once an items is shipped from our shop, we are not responsible for any delay from the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages when tracking says it’s delivered.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
·         Custom or personalized orders

Returns and exchange details
All of the products that we craft and post for sale on Rosenwood Studio are hand made with attention to detail and quality. Please read descriptions carefully. I do my best to post as many accurate photos as possible.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply contact me to make arrangements to return the item with in 15 day of receipt for a full product refund, upon receipt of returned product in original condition (minus including S&H charges). RosenwoodStudio@gmail.com

Please read our description of each item. If your item is not as expected, the buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Additional policies and FAQs

It doesn't happen often, but occasionally an item may be damaged in shipping. If this happens, we ask that you take a picture of the damage and shipping box and send to me. The requirements from the USPS and UPS state: Photos that clearly show the extent of damage will help with your case.

If you received something damaged, please hang onto the original packaging and the damaged item until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office™ for inspection later. Please do not reship the package.

Please note concrete is a porous material, While we do seal the concrete, the surface can be discolored by liquids or oils. Concrete is NOT dishwasher safe.

Once received we will work together to exchange item or refund the item.
